The Tampa Bay Buccaneers unquestionably will exercise their fifth-year option on quarterback Jameis Winston.

It’s less certain whether Winston will ever develop into the player they hoped for when they picked him first overall in 2015—the quarterback who will get them back to the Super Bowl.

When Winston is good, he’s really good. In 2016, he passed for over 4,000 yards. After his shoulder injury healed last year, he led the NFL in passing yards from Weeks 13 through 17 and was tied for third in touchdown passes, per ESPN.com’s Jenna Laine.

The Orioles were down by one in the sixth when Schoop reached on an error by third baseman Bregman and Jones connected against Verlander to make it 4-3.

But Reddick responded in the bottom half, driving a pitch from Mychal Givens into the first row in right field. Jones then tied it at 5 with a two-out RBI single in the seventh.

There was one on with two outs in first when Correa hit a ball into deep left-center field that Trey Mancini just missed. The ball bounced off the wall and rolled toward the bullpen in right-center field.

Jones sprinted to track it down, but Correa, who left Monday’s game with a bruised big toe, had scored easily by the time he got the throw in.

The other two were a little more surprising. Last year it was Dolphins coach Adam Gase who was missing. This year it’s Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and Ravens coach John Harbaugh. There’s probably no actual interesting reason for why those guys aren’t in there, outside of them having stuff to do. Both guys are busy this offseason and sometimes things happen where you have to ditch the silly photo and go take care of business.

A couple of other notes: Dan Quinn is a combo of Johnny Cash and the Undertaker and it’s awesome. I am HERE for the coaches rocking loafers and no socks. Looking at you Sean McVay and Matt Nagy. Good stuff, gentlemen. Did I mention Andy Reid’s shirt Guy is a hero.

Mets: CF Brandon Nimmo was scratched after being up most of the night with flu-like symptoms. … RHP Anthony Swarzak was to be evaluated after leaving Saturday’s game with a sore left oblique. … LHP Jason Vargas (broken right hand) threw a bullpen Saturday and is to throw a simulated game Monday.patriots_013
